Questions We Get a Lot
Infrared saunas use panels to emit radiant heat that warms you directly, typically operating at lower ambient temperatures than traditional saunas — making the experience feel gentler while still delivering deep, enveloping warmth. A traditional barrel sauna heats the air around you using a stove or heater, creating that classic high-heat, steam-ready environment many people love. Both styles are available here at Zenyard Collective, so the right choice really comes down to the experience you are after.
Most of our indoor saunas are designed to fit comfortably in a spare room, basement, or even a large bathroom — you will want to measure your space before purchasing and leave a few inches of clearance on all sides for ventilation. Our corner-style models are especially well-suited for smaller footprints since they tuck neatly into a room corner. If you are considering an outdoor option, our barrel sauna is designed to live outside year-round and gives you more flexibility with placement.
Many of our saunas are designed to plug into a standard 120V household outlet, though some higher-wattage models may require a dedicated 240V circuit — always check the product specifications before purchasing. If a dedicated circuit is needed, we recommend consulting a licensed electrician to handle that portion of the setup in your home. Once your outlet is ready, assembly and getting started are in your hands using the included components and instructions.
We offer Free Shipping on Most Orders Within the Continental U.S. (Excludes AK/HI), and saunas are covered under our 30-Day Returns policy. Because saunas are large items, we encourage you to inspect your delivery carefully upon arrival and note any concerns right away. About Our Saunas
A home sauna brings one of the oldest relaxation rituals directly into your daily routine. Designed to create a private space of warmth and quiet, these units are built for people who want a consistent, intentional way to unwind — whether that is first thing in the morning or at the end of a long day. Infrared models use panel-based radiant heat to warm the body directly at lower ambient temperatures, while traditional barrel-style saunas deliver the classic high-heat experience many people grew up with. When choosing a sauna for your home, it helps to think about the size of your available space, the number of people who will use it, your electrical setup, and whether you prefer an indoor or outdoor placement. Material quality matters too — wood species like Canadian Hemlock are commonly chosen for their stability in high-heat environments and their clean, natural aesthetic. A home sauna is a long-term addition to your living space, so taking time to match the right style and size to your lifestyle will make every session feel exactly right.
